Privacy Policy
What this website collects, why, and what happens to it. Written to describe how the site actually works, not to cover every possibility.
No Clog Today is the drain and sewer division of NCT Plumbing (NCT Mechanical Inc., doing business as NCT Plumbing). This policy covers noclogtoday.com. It explains what the site collects, why we hold it, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
There are only two ways this site collects anything about you.
The contact form
When you submit the form on our contact page, we receive what you typed into it:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you give one (the field is optional)
- The service you selected, if you selected one
- Your message
Along with the submission itself, our server records the IP address it arrived from and your browser’s user-agent string. Those two are kept for one reason: telling a real request apart from automated spam.
Nothing on this site asks for payment details, and there is no account to create or log into.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, so we know which parts of the site are useful. It reports on traffic in aggregate: page views, rough location at the city level, the kind of device, and how visitors arrived.
Google sets its own cookies to do this, and its handling of that data is governed by Google’s privacy policy.
Most browsers let you block analytics cookies, and doing so does not break anything on this site.
Cookies
The site itself sets exactly one cookie, a standard session cookie. It carries no personal information and exists so the contact form can verify that a submission came from a real page on this site and can slow down repeat automated posts. It expires when you close your browser.
The only other cookies are the analytics cookies described above. There is no advertising, no retargeting, and no third-party tracking pixels.
What we do with it
Form submissions go to the NCT Plumbing office so we can answer you: quote the work, ask a follow-up question, or get you on the schedule. We also keep a copy in our own records so a request cannot be lost if an email fails to send.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked us about a drain.
Who else sees it
Your form submission is transmitted to our office through our email provider, which is what carries the message. Beyond that, the only people who see it are the staff at NCT Plumbing who handle service requests, and our website contractor when they are maintaining the site.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, for example in response to a lawful request from a public authority.
How it is protected
The whole site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. Stored submissions sit on our web host behind server credentials that are not published in our website code. The site loads no third-party fonts, map tiles or scripts beyond the analytics named above, so your visit is not broadcast to a chain of other companies.
No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can say is that we hold only what is listed on this page, and only for as long as it is useful.
How long we keep it
Service enquiries are kept as part of our normal customer records, in the same way a phone message would be. If you would rather we did not keep yours, tell us and we will remove it.

- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your enquiry from our records
- Block or clear cookies in your browser at any time
- Call us at 817-431-5952 instead of using the form, if you would rather not type anything into a website at all
Children
This is a plumbing website meant for homeowners and property managers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Links to other sites
Some pages link out to nctplumbing.com and to NCT Plumbing’s social profiles. Once you follow a link off this site, that site’s own privacy policy applies, not this one.
Changes to this policy
If we change what the site collects, we will change this page to match and update the date below. There is no version of this policy that quietly says something different.
